NEW YEAR THOUGHTS 2020/ JANUARY 6.

WE WERE  OF THE FEW  COLUMNISTS THAT  FORCAST THE GREAT RECOVERY OF METALS STARTING IN 2018. WE CAME IN FOR A FAIR SHARE OF CRITISISM FOR PUNTING PLATINUM GROUP METALS AS MANY COULD NOT SEE "THE WOOD FOR THE TREES !" SO TO SPEAK.

WHAT A RUN,ESPECIALLY FOR PGM,s .
As this is the class that will play a momenteous part in the future of clean air. The UK is now already adding hydrogen at the rate of 20% to natural gas in house warming as an experiment  and for gas burners etc.
 Our specialist list did not do as well as the PGM list ,but still provided a sterling performance.Do remember as a balanced list of stocks it is always safer than a single commodity list. See the latest updates in the side column.

NOV UPDATE 2019

Fatigue has hit the gold market and for platinum ,its full steam ahead!

All minerals and metals will sowly increase in price as the world needs them.

28 OCTOBER UPDATE 2019

0ver the last two years there has been a phenominol increase in the capital value of platinum group metals as can be seen by by the increases of those in the know. The PGM mines although coming off a low base have" shot the lights out in giddying increases !"  
We personally hold directly and indirectly through ETF's,AMPLATS,IMPALA,NORTHAM SGLand have just bought the highly speculative stock  JBL. 
SGL is quoted under the gold sector in the indicis at the moment. A great hybrid as it mines both gold and platinum group metals.
The platinum sector is relatively new and the gold sector is likely to wind down in a decade or so. The gold sector helped pay for the platinum sector's development.

SEPT. UPDATE 2019

THERE HAS BEEN A SLIGHT RETREAT IN PRICES AS USUAL AT THIS TIME OF THE YEAR AND WORLD EVENTSWEIGH ON THE PRICES AS UNSETTELED TARRIFFS ARE ALSO EFFFECTING TRADE . FUNDEMENTALS HAVE NOT REALLY CHANGED IN ANY WAY AND TE MARKET FOR RESOURCES HAS NOT FALLEN AS MUCH AS OTHER SECTONS OF STOCK MARKETS.

Gold stocks will obviously eventually loose some of their gains when the world becomes more restful as gold does not actually produce any profit on stocks held but is astore of wealth in bad times suchas now.
 The platinum stocks we now prefer are NHM and SGL.

This is the reason why one should always stay connected to the market! b beginners usually get in at the height of the gains then lose interest when stocks start to retreat.

METALS TO THE WORLD TO HAVE THEIR WAY  IN TRADE AS THEY SUPPLY 80% OF

 THE WORLDS SUPPLY
