A SMALL RUN
A small run is taking place in certain mining minerals for the first time in more than a decade.Great stuff!
We always forecast this happening as over supply as a n expanding world population would result in shortages.
Now individual stocks such as platinum are coming back into demand and it would seem a more settled world would would increase the demand further. Do remember mining houses do have to keep back monies to look for further mine-able sources so are less likely to pay dividends,but on the other hand are safer bets in troublesome times. Do look at the updates in the side-bar as well as the posts below.

General Miners gearing up
General miners are continuing to press ahead with increasing dividends and capital gain. Only these stocks have the capacity to survive bad times as with a diversity of metals and minerals there is always a couple which are doing enough to add to the bottom line and carry the non performers till those start to perform as well. large caps such as ANGLO,Billiton,Sasol and Glencore are likely to do best.
Single stock mines in platinum and gold are out of favour at the moment and have huge debts which will have to be payed off before they turn profitable. We have updated general mining page see the side bar. Do your own research before trading.

Resource stocks have been back peddling of late. There is so much fright at trade wars,real war, demand and as well as being overpriced that a pause in increasing pricing , would be welcome .
This is an ideal period to do research to buy the correct stocks for the medium to long term at most reasonable prices.
Make no mistake real demand in the products of these stocks is are increasing as demand picks up in areas that effect world pollution and prevention there of.
No one can say for sure which stocks will be in greater demand,but we name those that should show the greatest demand in future.

Some reporters and auto manufactures think that lithium will be all the rage in future and that PLATINUM GROUP METALS will fall from grace and miners of these minerals will eventually have to close.
This is definitely not our view as LITHIUM BATTERIES have many disadvantages as having to be charged at regular intervals,so no saving of electricity generation.

South Arican Mining now presents a great opportunity.
With the new President elect namely Ramaposa being a businessman and holding many mining stocks and promising mining friendly legislation there is a great opportunity for new exploration work now.
